Photographer Finland Helsinki has launched a photo of Miss Tuning 2013. This special publication is printed 1,500 copies circulated widely throughout the world for 25 euros.
Miss Turning is Frizzi Arnold 22 years old. She is the main character in the campaign for Tuning World next year, and used Skoda Fabia Monte Carlo as a private car company during her operation.
