Nvidia issues total recall on overheating Shield Tablets

 

Beware, Nvidia Shield tablet owners! The company announced a voluntary recall of Shield tablets sold over the past 12 months over a safety issue. It is reported that the battery inside the tablet can overheat and pose a fire hazard. To prevent folks' hands or houses from burning down, Nvidia is asking users to stop using the recalled tablet and fill a claim for a replacement device.
