Verizon is launching the HTC
Desire 612 this Thursday, October 9. The 612 is an entry-level
smartphone that supports Verizon's recently-launched XLTE spectrum. The
612 will be available for free with a new two-year contract.
The HTC Desire 612 shares many of the specs with the Desire 610. it has a 4.7-inch display, a 1.2GHz quad-core processor, and 8GB of internal storage, which can be expanded to 128GB with a microSD card. The 612 also has an 8-megapixel rear camera, along with a 1.3-megapixel front facing camera. It also has a 2,040mAh battery, and two front-facing speakers
