| Xiaomi Mi 4 first real-life camera samples surface |
The Xiaomi Mi 4 has arrived with a splash - not only is it a
silicon-infused powerhouse featuring the quad-core Snapdragon 801 system
chip, it also features a premium build with a sturdy metal frame. The
Xiaomi Mi 4 is already on sale in China, and while it’s hard to get it
outside of Asia, some reviewers have already managed to take the device
for a spin.
The part of these first Xiaomi Mi 4 reviews that we take a careful look at is the camera quality section. The Mi 4 comes with a 13-megapixel shooter using the newest Sony IMX214 1/3.06” sensor that we expect to see on many more top-shelf devices this fall.
Expectations are high and at first look the Mi 4 clearly delivers with nice colors and plentiful detail in images. Even the night images look fairly good, so this definitely shapes to be a potent camera phone.
