After teasing a swiveling camera on the upcoming Oppo N3 yesterday, the company's CEO took to Weibo to announce that the device will feature a 16 MP 1/2.3-inch camera sensor.

Chenming Yong also shared an image comparing the sensor to the imaging sensors of the Galaxy S5 and Galaxy Note 4, which feature a 1/2.6-inch sensor, as well as the HTC One M8 and the iPhone 6, which come with a 1/3.0-inch sensor. The predecessor to the N3, the 1/3.06-inch sensor toting Oppo N1, was also compared.
Other details of the Oppo N3 gleamed from leaks include a metallic chassis, 5.9-inch full-HD display, Snapdragon 805 CPU, 3 GB RAM and the aforementioned camera with 206-degree swivel camera with dual-LED flash. The device is scheduled to launch on October 29 in an event in Singapore, and will be available in white, pink and cyan color variants.
