The unveiling date for the third generation of the phone that defined value-for-money before the Chinese makers took off, is fast approaching, and with it the Moto G 2015 leaks. What we have now, courtesy of an insider tweet, is not some render or grainy corner shot, but actual pictures of the device's prototype, and it looks exactly like the shots we've seen so far, with a metal plate on the back, and a patterned grippable back cover.

That's not all that has leaked in the pics below, though, as the guy has powered the phone, and shown some of the system info menu, indicating that this is indeed the third generation Moto G LTE, with the internal coding XT1542. The phone will apparently be running on a 64-bit Snapdragon 410, which many entry level handsets utilize now, and the amount of RAM tipped ranges from 1 GB to 2 GB, with this LTE version probably sporting the higher amount.

We are likely also looking at a 5" 720p display, and a pair of front-facing speakers, but the biggest upgrade is expected to be in the camera department, with a 5 MP front camera, and a generous 13 MP rear shooter with dual LED flash, as pictured.
